Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, please allow a little extra time for us to perfect your order. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Our flat shipping rates are made to be affordable for all consumers. However, we can choose to change this rate at any time that best suits our business.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3– 5business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on customs)

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your gloss from our hands to yours. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Jo Luxe Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@shopjoluxe.com— we’ll do our best to fix it before your order is processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Jo Luxe Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For delivery issues, please contact your local carrier first.

If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, reach out to us and we’ll gladly help investigate.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
